Hood River waterfront park

Nothing like a nice dose of lumpy goodness after 3 days off the water. The out rigger piddlers finally vacated the launch after a week of hogging the waterfront park. Nice to get back to normal. Wind nice and juicy with morning session before the gustiness made its presence felt. Lumpy and bumpy with a decent groundswell thrown in for good measure. Tricky to go fast but I found a way. Looking forward to knocking out some decent sessions this coming week, Boardman should fire on Wednesday for another attempt at 32 knot nm.

Not sure when I'll get out again. Should get Claudia's biopsy scheduled tomorrow which will dictate the next week or so...

Best wishes for Claudia, hope it all works out well. Will probably be light the next few days with wind back Wednesday. Been a windy July in the Gorge, hope August brings more of the same.
