Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU. 5.6 Hucker, Fanatic 79 then CA 66. Another fun session. A bit lite earlier on and then the sourtherly hit big time. Heaps out throughtout the morning and early arvo.

Quick arvo session on SP60. Weedbergs are still making it too treacherous to really commit. Still trying to locate the sweet spot on the red sails.

Arrived about 10, Steve L, Byron, geoff, pete already out mostly 7m sails. I knew the southerly was coming, it was in Sydney, so rigged 5.9 & speed board. After 2 hours I was beginning to wonder how long it takes a 25 knot breeze to travel from Sydney. Went out with RS1, was plenty of wind, it increased & I went back for speed board. Powered up but maybe 6,6 would have been faster even if less comfortable. Nice day. Byron reckoned my weather faorecasting was crap buit it turned into a great arvo. about 25 knots, sunny, not too freezing & all the weed bergs disappeared. Should have stayed longer but cracked front of board.
