Short and sweet. Had to get out after looking at the trees blowing all day dreaming of being out on the water. Didnt get out till well after 5pm, seems it was more sedate than earlier in the day, still some impressive sized swan river lumpiness.

A great way to reset the mind at the end of a brain filling week, even though it was short. Nice to catch up with Kenny too

Planned on giving crazy waves a go for the first time. By the time I got down the wind was 30+ knots. Saw JJ head out then the wind booted in even more with some gusts over 40 knots. Waited for the wind to drop but it only got stronger so decided to give crazy waves a go another time and head to less crazy Meville.

Got down late to melville about 4pm rigged the wave gear again and was powered up on the 4m. The wind gradually dropped but still got some good runs while it lasted. Good to see Lunny taking a break from the mind numbing work training. Laughing

Great effort guys ecpecially ben wind was booting and the river more like peak city. Got down to see slowy for the first time out of control and the board playing a dance with the wind gods. I got as far as rigging the 5.5 race first time but forgot cams where for a rdm derigged and decided to sit it out. Big effort by the guys who sailed some epic wipeouts.
