Dampier, WA, 18 t 23kts, bit windier and also choppier, rigged a 6.3m TR9 and My Manta 59/88, hoping to go faster but choppier water made me slower, going off the wind led to awkward chop angle and pitch, slowing me down.  4 windsurfers out.  beautiful place to sail, have some photos just gotta work out how to post them.
