Waterfront Park, Westerly 18hz UBX file

Naish SP95 replica, EVO8 6.4 RDM, Vector Volt 33

Return of westerly wind, 70 degrees F and 20 to 30 knots. Nice peak of 37 knots in the chop, snapped another harness line so good workout sailing back across the river, still did 34 knots unhooked!

Animal Laughing!  Wind appears to be more westerly (maybe north component?) than normal summer direction. Thanks for posting the tracks - interesting to evaluate.

Maybe you need a set of backup harness lines mounted on the boom? Smile, or put new ones on for each session ... certainly don't want to reduce your training distances.

Not as much southerly but didn't matter, when powered up on the 6.4 in 30 knot guts you can get upwind easily. Amazed the wind I'm holding the sail down in, considering I'm lighter than I was at the start of the season. 82 days on the water and getting stronger! Should of got the new 80 out and given it a squirt, can't wait to see how quick it is.

I am impressed with your sail size/wind speed ratio. At my skill level I am typically a full meter2 smaller than what you can carry (and I am way heavier than you are now)!

Good luck today, wind may be there for you to use the S80!
