Rs4 - 7.5m GT turbo - 39 c3  sting.

Rubbish... I wanted to have nice sedate go in chop somewhere if my heart gave issues I could just float ashore.

Looked ok rigging pretty consistent  8 -14kts..by the time I  hit the water it was nothing with the occasional 50m patch of 10-13kts .The wind must have been veering too as although the chop was only about 1' it was coming from 2 direction and there was nowhere flat to gybe.

I haven't fallen in so often for years.. I'm noticing the lack of width and volume with the Rs4 compared to the xcross.  Gybes I  might have made on the bigger board I'd drop on this..

Hard work...I  had to come in and stop a few times as my heart rate was up and I wanted to make sure it wasn't heart palpitations..I  think there is some underlying thing going on because I  just didn't have my usual energy..

Started to get a few gybes at the end as the chop evened up and I made sure to gybe in some of the rare wind..short session as it was crap..
