Screaming Leeman, Wow never expected to be so overdone on the 5.3!

Made it around the first boat just about but I was struggling to handle the speed when I headed off the wind so stopped on the beach next to the secound mark where I contemplated life and waited for my forearms to stop burning. headed off around the second boat and back to the beach for another procrastination. Unfortunatly having rounded the 3rd boat I had a bit of a catapult (my first of the day) which broke the bolt underneath the UJ :( had a bit of a swim to retrieve the board and got lucky with how well my rig floated. had a quick ride in the rescue boat watching the back markers before getting dropped off by the finish. It was howling out there today and kudos to those that finished let alond did well.

Point Grey, Fun sail, Mike when you said it was 12 to 14 knots at Coodanup, I measured 14 to 20kts at Liptons, so decided to stay where it was windy.

Mistral Speed 95, TR16 6.3 (Overall disappointed with this sail, prefer the TR-9, its heavier, the battens dont rotate properly, and requires a heavier wider boom, but it;s one positive is that it feels more powerful)  Pepeweed 20/48

What a fun evening, the forecast wind never eventuated but it was fun ripping back and forth across the channel, tried a couple of bare aways but the wind just wasn't there.

Rigging was made intersting with some itallian tourists who parked behind my trailer, made more interesting when the lady wearing a thong bikini decided to pump up her kite. Oh, to be a LOT younger.

Good fun evenings sailing, thoroughly enjoyable

Finally got to sail Fangys when there is weed & boy is there weed! Great to sail with Ross, Mike, Pas & Paul even though the wind wasn't quite as strong as we hoped it would be. Hoping to get out for another couple of sails whilst I'm up here Smile

Quick session at Fangys. Rigged for the lucky gust I had the other day buit it didn't come, fun sailing with morts again.

Have to go more later. To late, details are fading, but I do remember I used the 6.2, 48cm and 19cm @ 55d. Hindsight says I should have used the 6.6

Fun in the sun!  Really glad to get a couple of hours out and seeing a few guys around.  Had a quick chat with Morts afterwards but had to rush home as Ru had a BBQ planned.

Great to get out on the small slalom board and plenty of smooth to be found at Fang-land. Overall good exercise and great fun.

Sorry to see the TR176 is not doing it for you Hardie. Hope it frees up with use.

Is that all you got Stretch? No sulking about harness lines?
