Lake Illawarra, NSW, AU NE, gusty, up to 20 knots or so.

FOIL

Club racing. Some pretty thrilling racing sections with heaps of boats out in the same patch of water  - a catamaran regatta I think. Across the wind was pretty mental - one good stack at top speed and another at full pace downwind. Same problem - controlling lift at top speed! Lots to learn. Generally pretty pleased with race performance. Great to battle with Chris.

11am to 2pm. A great sail in the best part of the wind. Pulled the plug at 2 as the wind was getting gusty.

Nor-Easter club race day in the lake with many different racing classes going in all directions at the one time in the same area and me with very minimal control on my foil L-plates crashing all over the place. But great to finally make it around the racecourse on the foil, my first time, thanks for the upwind tips Chris. Quite a fun day with plenty of wind to keep it interesting and great to see both Bushy and Chris making this foiling thing look easy and effortless and I guess me out there showing that there is nothing easy about it.
