Hey Toby, to post photos in the comments section, click on the little tree icon just to the left of the smilie emoji at the top. 

A box will appear for insert/edit image

Click on the icon at the far end of the line that begins  Image URL

That will open another box called Upload image.

Click Choose file, which will open Finder for you, and then find the image you want to upload. Click the upload tab, then click insert and job is done,

Any dramas, let me know and i will make up a video to walk you through it. 

I have a feeling copy paste works here, let's just try it.

Yep, just copy image and paste here, if you click on the image resize handles come up, so you can change it's size.
