needed the nudie uber boat rescue today. rigged when it was full east and not that strong thought i could do the westerly run in reverse no jacket needed, by the time i went out was NE to NNE and building. Fell off out in the middle with the 7.8 and choppy as hell, board to small for me to uphaul, with no vest BIG mistake. got going but burnt a heap of energy freeing the sail. Couldn't hook in, hook had dropped down and fell in again. Energy spent lifting that big sail in chop. Swam back to the green boys, to tied to stay out with tezza.

Quite a decent Nor-Easter for foiling. Lots of concentration spent on even foot pressure today allowed me to trim the board much better than the usual rollercoaster trip. Enjoying this immensely
