Back leg-burns regulating the foil height on the long tacks and 20 knots of breeze on the way back kept the adrenaline pumping.

A bit windier than expected 20-25 knots. Only had the 6.2 as the smallest sail and the 97 futura so was a bit of hard work. Packed up early and stopped by Lucky bay to meet the local yocals on the way home. Good to chat with Anita and Tim.

Probably abit lighter than yesterday but still some big gust but again very banded. Decided to go with same combo as yesterday knowing it would be a tad big and underfinned. Alot less traffic today so made for some big off wind runs. Fitness improving but a long way to go. Good to catch up with the captain and Kenny "leighton" lately

Same board and sail as I used last week at Coodanup where I felt very comfortable. Today I never felt comfortable at all. A rubbish session - felt like I was sailing with the fin cover on.

It was good to catch up with Kenny and Tim and Rob.
