Had the opportunity to leave work early. Thought i would go for distance PB, hard work in chop with king tide. But happy to get there. great sail with Glynn, Vando, Kev and Troy (who did not stop for his whole session!!) as well as the usual bump & jump crew. Speed eluded me today.

Big tides this morning made it pretty rough, gradually got better as the day went on.

Got super surprised by the wind yesterday.

Rig the 9.4 137 46 for a big Down wind from Currumbin to Shearwater.

left the beach 12-15kts and 15 mins later wind kicked in (according to Seabreeze 22 to 28kts)

it was a hell of a DW for 2hrs ....
