Foilville, * Race foil, M1 8.6, DG91, Tried a few different things first out when the wind was lighter but none of them really worked. By the time i had everything set back to normal the wind was 15 gusting 20 knots, too much for the 8.6. Still good to get out, feeling pretty tired tonight :)

Gusty as all whatsit at Melville today, very unusual

Struggled initially as I haven't been on the big gear for a while

Sailed like a gumby for the first part but the wind settled & I found some form later when the water flattened off

Some nice racing with a lonely Pinna, unfortunately he had a broken batten and couldn't keep up

He did come to check on me when I dropped a gybe out the back though
