It was not looking like the wind would come in today, but late afternoon Jimbob and I decided to have a look anyway, and wadda ya know.. there was some breeze. I rugged 7.0m Koncept and IS110 board with the Trobal Weedspeed 27 and it was spot on. 14-16 knots of nice steady wind, flat water, warm and sunshine. How much better could it get? Maybe next week I will find out! LOL! 

I sussed out a few places where there is weed up close to the surfce. Also saw some areas start to go oily slick today. Not large areas, but it bodes well for the future weeks.
