Callala Bay, NSW, AU

A new spot for me today. An ok location but I think this is where all the boat waves in JB come to meet because the chop, even though not big was all over the place and the wind for JB's standards was very gusty, too far north and too close to the trees I think. A bit lighter than we expected too.

Anyway it was great to be out on the water with Dezza and TP sailing somewhere different.

Godzilla 150, SW 7.8 and 7m R6 OD. NP Alu Foil.

Racing was out in the middle where conditions were slightly more consistent. It became very patchy towards the end which made it interesting getting back upwind to the club

Gorilla 430 RIP.

FOIL

Club racing. Tracks include pre-race warmup and the last race - forgot to turn on the gps for the first 2 racesCry.

Short course and some gusty conditions. Learnt a fair bit about foiling across the wind! The sail felt good in the windy sections - very happy about that!

Using the formula board again as the Foil 147 is in the repair shop. The formula board feels good!

Nice racing with the slalom boards and raceboards.
