A trip to budgewoi with Captain Keef today, had a great time there, wind wasnt as strong and consistent as forecast but still a great days windsurfing on very flat water, worth the early start and rainy drive up. Spent most of the time on speedboard, getting used to it now, and slowly learning to gybe it, a brief run on the 87l when the wind backed off a bit mid morning. Was good to see quite a few of the guys who've been doing the NSW GPS racing events this summer, and also meet Andy, Matt and Greg. The captain had a bit of trouble finding where the carpark was but he made it back safely in the end.

Both my GW60 batteries died before I came in, tracks show me finishing in the water, but I made it back to shore

Short session before bailing for a dinner, a few others out whom I havent met yet. Wind all over the place 17-25+ knots or so

Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU planned  a big day at budgi so went up the day before for an early start and stayed at kincumber, not all goes to plan as i did wake up untill 10am, finnaly found the launch area and one of the locol residents to give me a hand with my wetsuit, the guy seamed a bit reluctant as i could imagine he mite have had a run in with guys over crowding his space on windy days

the rocket fuel seams to be working for Dezza with another day she smashed the captain , now another brew for the alpha's
