2242 days ago BIB, CC, TX. Fun on the Kona One with SB 7.8. Averages around 15 knots, gusts never more than 20 - nice to see that the board can go faster than the wind in chop and with a sail that was a tad small. Fun session, reminding me of the longboard I built ~37 years ago.
Used the phone with GPSLogit and the USB dongle again today, and this time made sure that it did not slip down on my arm. Results look much better than the last couple of sessions, within less than 0.1 knot of the GW-60. Dongle seems a tad more accurate, but the GW-60 was recording at 1 Hz, so I'll need to do more tests. 1 Hz setting was accidental - I used my GW-60 with the broken screen for the first time since dropping it. Taped the screen with clear packing tape, which seemed to work well enough.
Nina had fun on 7.0/99 Falcon, but did not bother to put on a GPS. The bright side about all these days with light wind is that she is getting more used to slalom gear :-).
