Quick fang around at Dutchies before picking up the kids from school (sailed from 1pm to around 2:15).

Never fully powered up, breeze was around 17-20K, so more of a cruise on the M112 + 7.4 Koyote + 33 Tribal WS combo.

Bit of a cruise today from cott to port and back to dutchies, lots of fun just exploring and trying to find some swell rather than chop. Should have gone a bit further for the nautical runs from Port, hard to judge the distance next time, happy that I didn't crash out but a couple close calls. Wind was strongest on the upwind legs to Port and as I turned for the downwind leg dropped a few knots.

Just a quick gusty blat at the local after work. Could have arrived earlier if people from work had stopped talking to me. Imagine that, the people who pay me expecting to walk into my office and talk to me any time they want, like when the wind is blowing. What a nerve. AC1 looked to be going pretty quick and had the #1 parking spot.

JP Superport 100, NCX 6.5, 28 weedy.

Light wind when I arrived so rigged 7.5 Turbo, 125 Rocket, 29 weedy.

A bit light and gusty then it settled to a steady 15 or so knots and it was great gybe practice.

Then it picked up too much so I called it a day. I had been trying planing gybes and got a few. The last gybe, overpowered, I could not avoid a planing gybe.

Should have stayed longer because it dropped again after I unrigged.

Still very pleasant.

I do not understand why my GW-60 watch readings are different to what KA 72 shows as uploaded from that watch. Watch 2S are 27.99, 26.30, 25.93 so top three are all higher than 25.72 peak 2S above. No great speeds, but curious.
