Got the call from Greg K and Walshy that they would be at Harrington 6.30 for the low tide , woke to rain and no wind so didnt rush , got there at 8am and Greg and Walshy where flogging down the run , wind was south with a tad of east , looked great so rigged the 6.3m and 71 litre speed board , tide was flooding in and new time was important , first few runs where good but the wind soon swung more east and backed off a tad , really broad runs but lots of walking from the south to the northern take off point , tried the outer spit but too rough and no more wind , packed up and left by 10.30 , i think they will get some nice runs later this arvo but i couldnt wait 5hours for the tide to drop .
Great sailing with Greg and Steve
