Lunchtime windsurf at Lake I with Tezza, Eckers and Jetlag, plus Stu foiling and Phil hanging with the kiter crew. Got there to find Terry rigged and ready to go, so had to rush to catch up and get rigged, nearly got blinded with dust when Eckers came screetching into the carpark to get out there and make the most of his lunch hour. I had rigged the same size as Terry but shoulda waited til my housemate arrived, consensus was bigger sail size was the go. Oh well, decided to stick with it headed out into the rolling swell loaders for some nice long runs across the lake, could see Terry from everywhere in his pink hat, then I saw Stu flying through the swell and chop looking much taller than everyone else and soon realised he was on his foil. The sneaky thing came flying up and screamed past me in full flight, looked awesome so close up, Stu you have that thing totally dialled, it was amazing how much ground/water you covered and the speed through the chop. Then I headed over where Eckers and Jetters were hanging out and did a few runs into the trees with them. Was very underpowered for that tho, next time Im rigging bigger. Could see the rain clouds coming up from the south so headed in just as it started pouring, looked like the wind dropped after that.

Cheers Dezza. You obviously didnt see any of my epic downwind bailouts lol. The Starboard GT is sweet in that stuff. Youll have to have a spin on a nicer day.
