Great foiling session down at Frankies with Stropp, Slugger and Firie, yep the flying mad bugger brigade is getting largerLaughingCoolCoolCoolCoolCool

Last on the water APU, managed to 1 tack upwind into the zone and got going, unfortunately I was trying a new mast foot setting when the wind picked up a fair bit making it interesting to keep control, after my second run decided to chicken out and head back with the view of changing down sail size.

Whilst on shore Stropp apeared to have it all together so rather than changing sails decided to go back to my normal mast foot position and went back out again, it was still a bit blowie but much more control, was even mucking around going upwind and downwind which was a bit of fun.

Got a couple more runs then like The Stroppy fella decided to call it a day.

We happy with the session, nice to get out afer a couple of weeks without.

Good to see Firie pop his cherry and Slugger get it going.

Good times.CoolCoolCoolCoolCoolCool

Thanks mobs Elmo and the Stropp for the encouragement and Scissor for the virginal company, they said I'd be hooked on the get go and are right. It's amazing how easy these things get going, and come back to earth (splashdown) ha. I only got a couple of short flights, too easy to get up and going but maintaing a level flight will be the challenge but straight up I can see it's doable and will be sh*t load of fun. Wind picked up and I got scared so headed in while Stropp and Fluffy were still flying along with the greatest of ease. Now it's time to see if this old dog can learn new tricks.

No GPS, 7.5 koncept, borrowed 85W Starboard, Fanatic foil and a used rubber.
