Day 1 of racing, morning slalom races held in perfect conditions, lots of fun out there. Afternoon freerace way more challenging, wind had picked up, and tide not low enough to see the coral heads, first couple of runs it was holy shit all the way out and back, over powered, trying to gauge how deep reef was, couldnt see how to get through to the outside so followed bushy out and got through, then of course on my way back in, BANG straight into a sharp patch of reef and that was the end of my freerace attempt, made an early exit
