Foreshore Rd, Botany, NSW, AU 18-40kt NW to W || 122 RRD/7.7TR/44T-Lab then Exocet RS4/5.6OD/40 Select Ride

Nice easy cruise late morning in the NWer but it didn't last long though. Swung to the west, jacked right up and just became plain hectic. Didn't step down to small enough, and only managed a few little sketchy runs for the remainder. Did manage though to test some new kit. The RRD was a nice easy ride in th morning, and later the Select Ride 40 held on really well in the chop.

Remi was charging, and Jules rocked up for a late one.

Foreshore Rd, Botany, NSW, AU

Exocet RS2 - Loftsails RB 5.6 - 32 fin

We need more of these conditions to tune the same kit perfectly. Wind strength overall was ok but it was brutally gusty!!

Great to see Andrew giving it a go on the medium board Surprised.

Great session guys. Andrew, nice work on the small gear, there wer some ferocious gusts. Remi, unbelievable speed although looking at the peaks on seabreeze, not surprising! And thanks for taking the photos. Unfortunately left the GPS watch at home. I'm sure I cracked 35Kt, certainly felt like it!! Ah well, just have to go out again on the next big wind and do it all again.

Well done Rodder's.  Not a bad speed for the Atomic and no Cam sail.   Nice one too Remi for that location.
