Kalmus and Egg Island, Cap Cod. Windy as usual on the day before the ABK camp. Felt like a total beginner at first, getting catapulted twice in a row, but eventually got a few nice 360s in the flat waters at Egg Island. Fun to go into a downwind 360 straight from a speed run! Even managed a downwind 360 followed by an upwind 360 just a few seconds later on the same run, that's a first. Quite gusty at Egg Island today, probably because the wind was SW instead of WSW. Andy Brandt showed a bunch of nice loops, Spock 540s, Konos, and planing duck tacks. Had to leave early to get the van door repaired, but at least we'll have a bit of energy left for the camp the next 3 days. Looks like foiling wind, and we may even get a bunch of foils to play with tomorrow evening.
