Waves, NC. ABK camp day 2. Wind picked up just before the lunch break, so switched to get a decent 1 h and nautical mile after a bit of freestyle. Almost funny how difficult going upwind is on the FS gear compared to longboards and slalom gear.

Wind dropped just as predicted in the afternoon, so got to try a Slingshot foil setup that I quite liked. Actually had a bit of control for the first time. Since we had NE wind and the water level was low, the mast was short (24 inches), but the setdowns when the foild breached were quite controllable after the first couple of crashes. Quite slow but fun!
