Not sure on my energy levels today decided on the short drive to SB. It turns out on the smaller gear it was much more manageable. Had fun nicely powered up most of the time and got some good gybes both ends. Was trying to go for an hour but once the energy levels were gone there was nothing left. Another 10 minutes would have seen a much better hour and even a location PB. The sinuses feel alot clearer now, the whole time I was sailing I had candles hanging down to the top lip that my two grandsons would have been proud of.

Liptons, Peel Inlet, WA, AU, fab day good winds, very flat water, good company, couldn;t ask for moreCool Mistral Speed 55/95 TRXI 5.9m Pepefoil 21 and also tried pepeweed 20 (my PB fin).  I trialled the 2 fins, I think the new fin the Pepefoil 21 had more lift than the Pepeweed 20, was faster on the Pepefoil (new fin).

JP Speed 54, NP RSR E6 6.4m, Pepe Weed 23cm

First run 36 knots with a powered gybe at the end, and it only got better from there.

I did find after that run that my mast base had about 10mm of room under it as some muppet never tightened it correctly.

Some nice gusts, a lot of holes but overall just bloody great fun.

Peak speed run, Hardz and Stropp went of first and I let them finish the run before I took off, the lead in wasn't all that flash so I was just going to go square and bang a gybe out to get further up wind when a gust apeared in front of me so I thought bugger it I'll hit it, so I sent it down the run and another gust hit and another and another all the while talkies whispering in my ear 40, 40, 40, oh yeah baby.

Unfortunately the wind backed of after that, well fortunately for me Hardz didn't get his usual blitz Elmo run.

Great day, great crew, no stingrays, best session ever.

One happy slapper

Fun Fangys session after, our old surfboard club reunion.

Water was a bit high so not as much smooth, looks like I should have been at Liptons.

Coodanup, WA, 110 then Missile 49, TRX 7.0 Thought I had timed it right and the stars would align. I had plenty of power in the 7.0 and flat water to send it in but I never seemed to get it right. Nice day to be on the water and great to see so many out.

Coodanup, WA, AU. Sonic 100/GPS7.3, then FF87/GPS6.0, then CA Sp47. A great day out with a bunch of Mobbers, Pinnas and Busso boys Smile. Wind on the light side early but improved late in the day. Got 37kt on the FF89 and called it quits, but then I see Johnski heading out late on his speed board so i couldnt help myself and pulled out the Sp47 for a few late runs, not quite enough oomph for a 40 but nice to give the needle a run Cool
