Upwinder from RQ to Wello and back, was lighter than expected, nice to see Mikey, Tristan, and Vando at Wello.

Bit up and down but heaps of fun. Left foot still sore by the end of the session but getting better every week.

If you guys are looking for an alternative to booties, I bought FYF (free your feet) Dyneema reinforced socks. They feel halfway between sailing barefoot and with booties, and much easier to get feet in and out of straps than with rubber boots. I've been walking all over shells and the usual stuff out there without trouble so far. Downside, they're about double the price of booties and probably not as durable.

Was very light for most of the morning filled in nicely in the afternoon. 

Was aiming to get to 100km today but the gW60 went flat before I got there. even with a charge on my break at lunch time. usless for distance.
