5-12kts then 15-18kts then died SSW - SSE Coal Point, NSW, AU

 7.5m GT turbo- RS4 ( 111ltres) 39cm C3 sting pointer

Got there and I was considering the 7m and 90ltre but it died right off so rigged the big kit and hoped it wouldn't get too strong if it came back.

First half hr was floating around with a few patches of better wind. I pumped onto the plane over W of Coal and then managed to glide through the lulls and kept going all the way to LMYC area getting boosted in the gusts. It was like a downhill sleigh ride with the lake  pretty flat due to the light wind. It was lovely..Smile

Then the rain came in with a nice consistent 15-18kts for c 40mins. A little bit worried at times as it was getting to the top of that gears range but fun!  Some lovely long runs back and forth from Fishing point to Marks Point . Tongue out

It then died and headed us a bit and it was a wobbly ride back in. Had to jump in a few times to fix the outhaul when it was wedging over the applecore.

Just Andrew on the foil and I. We both have a similar happy wind range..Laughing

That middle bit was the nicest sail I've had for ages..
