Patchy 10-19kts SSw - SW Buff Pt Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU

 6.6m KA Koncept - 90ltre RS2 - 18cm tribal

 Should have rigged the 7.5m and 110ltre..My expectations were too high. i had dreames of a nice consistent 20kts to try for an hr and some alphas..yeah right... back to reality..

 I probably should have gone to Canton..

 I didn't bring the big kit dur.. got there and c 12kts , came in nicely 15-20kts as I stuffed around but by the time I got out it was pretty patchy.

A frustrating sail.

I was underpowered and the wind seemed to head me at both ends , I was on and off the plane and when I did get going I wasn't powered up enough or long enough to get upwind to where I wanted to be..I decided to walk up the point. I was actually too hot in the wettie but my feet froze walking. Got on and the wind turned SW and in one run I'd lost all the upwind.. Decided too much pain and no gain so I came in..Should have stayed at home and done some work.

Miss the lift of the big FF's but the weedbergs may have been a bit scary with them. I'll try them next time.
