1737 days ago 1 categories Foilmus, Cape Cod. Low tide session so stuck to the 60 cm mast. Probably a good idea because it was quite shallow at times. Got off often to check the water depth - well that's my excuse and I'll stick to it . Had a blast with the 5.5 in 13-15 knots (that probably would be 10-12 knots in Oz - meter readings are ~12 meters above the water). It was rainy. Nobody else was out. I crashed more than I have in ages. So much fun! Today's chop was a lot nicer, partly dues to high tide and partly due to wind direction (SSE). I think that's a few more PBs on the foil, definitely for top speed. Still got about 8 more knots to go to reach the stated top speed of this wing. I love this foiling thing - still wearing a big fat grin hours later. Maybe the two beer helped .
