Peter Daish (26030km): Lake George, SA, west gusty, 30 to 40 knots at start then settled to 25 to 30 , then 20 to 25 ,had 59 JP 96L . disapointing session made better by Carl cracking 40knots. could NOT get the 5.4 simmer speed tuned until after the sessions had finished.
thanks boys for all yr wisdom.
had good sail on 6.2 serverne when wind went below 30 knots, got a few PBs to save the session.
missed opportunity but a few beers on holiday has turned it around | ||||||||||||||||||
Captain skip bogan (50090km): Lake George, SA, AU - 20 to 25 with occasional 30 knots gust. Awesome day at lake george. Not quite as strong as the forecast and not a heap of flat water but found a few gusts to get over 40's. The wind dropped back so i managed a nice hour - great fun cruising around with Tricky and Daishy and later Jimbob. Thought the mile was long enough but not quite lol. Heading out tomorrow morning with a stronger forecast so hope to do it all again... The Patrik 87 / 5.6m gun sails Gsr and Vector 25 weed speed combo are awesome.

Tricky Bogan (21417km): Rodie with Captain Carl, LG with big forcast that satrted epic & then dropped below forcast. New booties cause me pain ajusted foot straps & general faffed around & missed the better wind. Dam cold at the end. Nice to meet Peter, graet day of sailing. Rigged the Loft RB5.6 on a loft mast and was much better! Isonic 86 CWSSW 25 Gusty Westerly started out OK 20 -30 then quickly dropped to 20-25 then 10-25 |
