Kalmus, Cape Cod. Foil session in 15-22 knots, gusting to 25. Would have tried the smaller front wing if I had not locked the keys in the car. Bill was nice enough to give me a ride home to get the other key, but that took a while, so I stuck to the gear on the water. By then, Nina was happy to hand the foil to me - she had gotten a bit overpowered on 5.2/i84 in 20 knot gusts, and still had plenty of power when she switched to her 86 l FS board. I ended up well powered on 5.6, never had to work on a waterstart. Sailed to the harbor for some smoother water and tried to get the i84 go a bit faster, but the 45 cm "low tide" mast may have been the limiting factor. Still ended up with a couple of foil PBs. Fun day, nice to know that the big foil can still be sailed in 20+ knots.
