Wow what a day. 2pbs I think 1hr and nm. Launched from a different spot today and it comes up as safety bay which is strange.
Great to be joined by Joined by 5 other pilots today, Lunny, Ken and Luke form the smoke and a couple of usuals Strop and Ryan.
Changed mast foot position today and fuse angle relative to the hull which improved things a bit. was way more wind out there than it looked from shore and I got it about right first time with my gear but could have gone the 6.5. Only two stacks today, one through just loosing controll and the other avoiding a kamikaze shag. several swims from failed gybes but I dont class them as stacks.Only a short rubber on for protection today which was sufficient even with a cool wind Highlight of the day was watching Ken flying into a gybe super commited and somehow coming out of it heading vertically into the air, and I missed Stroppo playing dam busters again over by the causway which sounded impressive.
