Huskisson, NSW, AU

Sand n sea event.

21 hrs driving (There and back)

It could have been an epic event on the saturday but not in that location 25++++Kts directly offshore.

This was my test run on a SL 52 and a 6.6. Swum/ floated out 2/300m to the wind line, got going and was fully lit through the chop. Great fun.

Gybed at the far point and couldn,t get even close to making it back to the start and ended up at Valenciata with a swim in and a long walk back.

No way was I going to try and compete in that with anything big enough the sail to the wind line.

Pulled the pin and went and sailed at Paradise Beach .....and it was Laughing

Not sure how to join the two sessions together.

Sl 52, Venom 30, Koncept 6.6

Paradise Beach Jarvis Bay. NSW

A bit of fun in the storm!  Interesting conditions. Strong bullet gusts to close to 40 knots with 25-30 most of the time. Ther was easily enough wind to crack over 40 but it was just a bit too rough and short to let the board go. What a way to get back into it after 4-5 months without windsurfing at all. Laughing

It was great to meet up with some of the locals again, and finally meet Matt amd Dannie Connolly. Thanks for the stunning photo Dannie! Cool
