Rig was set up for the forecast and not actual conditions, but having no 6.6 (ideal) at the moment it was 5.4 or 7.8. 

Went out on IS87, Ka Koncept 5.4, Tribal 27 with the hope of going down the bolderbank for a NM pb (low hanging fruit at this stage for me on GPSTC as all my NM have had gybes in them). But too many holes in the wind and was on/off planning at times. Had 1 crack at the NM and started from up near the church and was on a broad reach all the way to the bolderbank, there was simply not enough power in the sail to go very broad and down the bank. 

Wind started to fill in as I was carrying the gear in! but with the tide all gone it was me for the day. 

Nelson Haven - high tide. N to NW 15 to 20knots 

Inconsistent, gusty 15-22kn NNW-NNE, Boulder Bank run southward, but gusts weren't holding up long enough to really score. Atawhai, Nelson, NZ
