It arrived late again, with holes but sailable on the big gear. patchy up top, and I never timed a proper downwind run there. But it was a lot of fun. Great sesh with Chris D, Jonno, Leon and Mike Who,

First sail for the annual LG trip with Jacko Norm Chris and Glenn. Sailed from Packers to the spit. 18-20+ westerly. 5.5 Ezzy Cheetah on Exercet 58 with 18 Delta weedy thanks to Shane. Looks good for the rest of the week.

Lake George, SA, AU

First day of Boggy Lake Seniors road trip. Geoff,Norm,Chris, Glenn and myself. ( Ave age 69 yrs Laughing )

Good warm up. Not the best wind direction. Better direction and strength the next few days.

6.3 KA Race 92 Patrik. Tried the 18 Faggy first  but couldn't get up wind. Changed to 27 Choco weedy, much better.

Pete, just watched your video. It looks unbelievable, so smooth it surely can't be windy enough to get planing...but there you are, punching out a lazy 100 clicks. Outstanding!

Amazing sailing Peter.I  remember seeing the Corrong for the first time. I was amazed at how far it went and wondered if anyone sailed it. Are there many hazards? Fences etc?

Jacko for a delta the Fangys don't have much surface area for their depth. You need to be well powered and an 18 in a 90ltre is a bit optimistic ( at least for me )Smile

Yes Sue,  used the Faggy last year but it was stronger and consistant wind. The last two days it has been very up and down. Didn't use it yesterday, used the Choco weedy.
