BIB, CC, TX. SE wind with averages up to 20 knots. Better direction than yesterday, chop was smaller and better organized. Had hoped to go to Grassy Point and even drove most of the way there, but the wind meters kept reading lower than BIB, and there was barely a white cap in sight. Tried to keep the session at BIB short and go for second helpings at Grassy, but it had gotten a bit late, and the wind was dropping again. Those short days with wind waiting until the afternoon to pick up are a bad combo! Tomorrow might be different, but with thunderstorms in the forecast, it may not be sailable at all.
