Port Bouvard Yacht Club, WA, AU

Platform race. Wind started off very light probably about 10 knots with the odd 15 knot gust. The westerly wind made for cross wind legs. I had a bad start so had to catch up to the others. Eventually caught up to Luke, Ryan, Slugger, Steve Stratfold and Jonski mid first leg.

To hold the same stance for 8kms is a challenge. Saw Stroppo have a couple of spectaular crashes which allowed me to get closer to him but his board speed was too much and he soon was off in the distance.

It was a great race and a good turnout of windfoilers, 11 in total which was the largest fleet today. I ended up finishing 4th in 1 hr 12 minutes.

1st Darryl (1hr), 2nd Snides, 3rd Stoppo

7m Foil Glide, 150 JP Foilboard, GTR small stab.
