Bruce Healey (24088km): Lake George, SA, AU Good to get wet. CASL93, 7.7, 21 tectonic. Happy with the fin in such a big sail.
Mick Saunders (11686km): Marmong Point, NSW, AU Southerly 12 knts. Only the three of us racing to to top mark. Managed only two and half legs but a good work out with Geoff and Barry on formula gear. 159 ss 84 sailworks 7.1 m
Ian Wright (15903km): Lake George, SA, AU Light 10-15 knot SS/W. RS4 , Loft 7.8, MUF 20. Still nice sailing even if a bit light.
sboardcrazy (24363km): High water sign Lake George, SA, AU 7.5m Gt Turbo- Rs4 ( 111ltres) 24FF 10-17kts SSw -SSE I wasn't planning on sailing today but there were others flying around when I arrived. Decided to explore the lake knowing I was on gear I knew I'd be able to get back with. Nicely powered and great fun! Until the painkillers wore off... Played around near the islands at Cockies. I enjoyed the challenge of working back but my left side wasn't happy. By the time I got up a bit I ended up walking upwind a lot to avoid sailing as it was just too painful..Seeing a chiro tomorrow so hoefully she can fix things.. Pity I havem't had as much practise on the small gear as the big board. I feel really comfortable with this combo as I use it 90% of the time..
GeoffS (7860km): Marmong Point, NSW, AU Slightly more wind today made for a great Formula sail with Barry and Mick, till the universal tendon snatched it. Lucky the bits of string holding it together saved the day.
| ||||||||||||||||||
Tibor (17493km): Kurnell, NSW, AU GGreat regatta!..five races in 8-15knots. Real good competition. Yes..l blew a 7th place by falling 10m from the finish line with no one just behinde me but WHO CARES !?!?!?😂😂😂😂 12 of us sailing but there ll be more soon. Poor Roger by himself on the formula. Sad but it's reality . |
