Very short run, a huge thunderstorm came in with lightening.... thought it was best to come in and watch Dave..

Out with Drew but the conditions although windy & windy as all bugger,y were not conducive to actually getting out on the water. The Deputy was very sure that sailing with lightening & thunder looked awesome and sounded well felt great was probably not really inteligent whilst using a wet carbon fibre tooth pick. The storm was, was well off shore but it did become attracted to Drew. It wet him down and i was safe huddled under the sail (next to the carbon tooth pick) but getting bombarded on my toes by etra large dropletts. no pain!

we ended up having a blast out to the Nm mark off Dolphin boat ramp followed by a drift back to the beach for a walk of shame. I picked up my kit ontop of my head and proudly jogged back. Deputy has balance issues, so he waded.
