Snuck out after lunch... desperate to try new 5.6m and was windy enough at times so used that with 91 and 30cm mk2 carbon. Mostly underpowered but there were some nice gusts out in the middle up towards Melville. Had some great flat out blasts through waist high slop getting moments of being powered up. Along attadale foreshore the water was flat but the wind seemed to be avoiding that area. Heaps in the middle, not much on the side. Found a few very short gusts... Maybe the Pt walter spit would have been the place to go... next time?
New sail was epic. So nice... bring on some more storms.
