I rigged 6.2 to begin with but before I finished guys were coming in to change down or get on speed boards so I took Glyns advice and rigged 5.8 which was perfect. My gybes were all wet so I gave up and concentrated on getting some runs in and was becoming more and more comfortable on the runs. I know theres a lot more speed to be had and I'm looking forward to getting it soon as I find out how. Sailing with very good sailors helps heaps too. I had lots of trouble clearing snot weed off the pepe in really shallow water so swithed to the fangy which was marginally better but I heard that a lot of guys were having the same problem at times. all in all a top ten day and even though I didn't get my goal speeds still very happy.
