Nelson d Foiler (31112km):  6 categories       RRD Firestorm 120L with 6.5 Unit & Severne Foil Waited until the wind kicked back in a bit before rigging. Thought I would chance a foil with sore ribs, pretty sore now after a couple of specky crashes Otherwise a reasonable session although I should have rigged a 7.0M. Struggled to keep the foil flying, maybe front foot too far forward or foil too far back. Will try these settings again but using the front strap.
