Heavy conditions today with some tricky gusts. First time 50 km/hr on the display (1sec). Too bad I had quite a severe crash, full downwind making a catapult and injuring my ribs... This was already after 8km's, so the rest of the day was quite painful and never found the courage anymore to push the limits a little further. Too bad, because 50 AVG could be possible today with this gear. One day... Anyway, a small PR for me on the foil.

The pain increased hour by hour. I changed to my 89L slalom board (with the same sail) to see if this was less painfully but unfortunately this was even worse because of the chop. Some nice power in the 6.3 on the small slalom board so one can imagine how it was on the foil with the same sailsize ;-)

Because I couldn't go full throttle I called it a day early. 30 surfers (and 1 kiter) on the water today in Kessenich!!! Windsurfing (and foiling) is HOT
