Holloways Beach, QLD, AU

In my mind, it was 20kts,completely flat water and I must surely have gotten a 25Kt alpha, 28kt 10 sec.......but alas it wasn't and I didnt. Another desperate light wind session off the mud pit with B2.

It took forever to reach anything that resembled a wind, out in the shipping channel, which was moderate at best, where I suddenly realised that I had left my gps on the back of the Ute and, to make matters more unbearable, I'd forgotten to fully down haul the sail, which felt like a brick Undecided. Made the decision to back track for 45mins to sort myself out, mean while B2 was having a blast on his big gear out wide. Great work mate, ya look awesome.

Got my shite together, and against my better judgement, decided to dredge back out and at least get something out of the day. It was like having to drive 4 hrs to go on a family holiday, just took forever. Got there, and finally hit my straps - wasn't a total waste. Thoroughly enjoyed last weekend at Green Tongue out

Used: Motion, 7.8M2, WT72, BPR475

Holloways Beach, QLD, AU  Fun light wind arvo sesh off the mud pit with B1.

Long dredge out to begin with...  Eventually found the wind line, got up and going with the big gear and kept up on the plane for the majority of the rest of the sesh.  Wind came in a little closer to shore in the second half, so was able to sail further upwind towards Machans.

Water state was a bit kinder today.  Thanks for the company B1! CoolWink

Used the Jag 125, Severne 8.6 M2, Venom 48 - nice combo for days like these!

Nice one guys. Good to see someone on the water. Your numbers look good Benny. Hey Billy don’t you hate it when you leave GPS behind 😩. Did the same thing not long ago. No wind up here. 😩

Great effort guys ...was out at Trinity and looked quite flat and not  much wind ....you guys are certainly passionate and not letting a

chance go by.

Benny the new board appears to be handling  itself well in the light stuff.Cool

Indeed Freddy, indeed. Our minds are very powerful tools ...oh dear Wink

Ed, couldn't believe it. I think I was distracted by the fact that B2 has spent 30 mins dredging out to nowhere and he was only a 1km off the beach....Oh, I mean I just watched him do a 20kt U Burn in 25kts of breeze, just off the beach Laughing
