Port Douglas, QLD, AU.My wing man Andrew dropped of his 120Fox the other day and said it was looking for a new home..Ididn't think i would be interested in this board as a light wind screamer as it didn't have anything i was looking for in a light wind board, like a fat ass and a short nose..The universe said i shouldn't be so quick to judge and take it for a blast..Didn't have a good big fin for it.All i had was a free ride  fin that had been totaly trashed by a turtle and i  reshaped it with a 4 inch grinder and a bit of sand paper and turned it into a 41.5 cm for anyone who needed it..went down the beach after work 12 13kts of wind wasn't gunna bother..But decided to give it a go, rigged fully pumped no cam 7.8m and hit the water..Was very surprised to see Fox get up on the plain with a few quick pumps of the sail..Board felt smooth and super easy to sail.Headed out to the big pool in search of some more breeze was a little more out there but sea was lumpy and  had a big tide running so had to stay hard on the wind the whole session..Dodgy fin felt rock solid and did the job..I moved the back straps off the rail as that is how my 105 fox is set up but spent the whole time right out on the rail as that is how it wanted to be sailed..By the end of this light wind session i was totaly impressed with this board and with a bit of fine tuning i think it will be a great light wind blaster that will still go the distance when the going gets tough..Andrew came down for a blast and was looking good on big brother 140 Fox with a 8.6m rig..Guess it was worth rigging up for..Cheers Ed..

Cairns, QLD, AU Phantom 295L, 7.8 Overdrive, 43 alloy fin. Sailed from my catamaran moored in Cairns Harbour out towards False Cape.

Took my Gopro to make a fishing video for My Japanese Youtube channel. Stopped and fished with a rod for a while without much luck.

Decided it was gettting late so set the mackeral reel and headed back. Lots of leaping fish as I headed in and about 200 metres short of the Cairns North Esplanade something huge hit the lure.

Felt the brakes go on and there was huge splash behind me. What ever it was busted the lure wire and wrecked the climax of my video. I'll keep trying till I catch something. Surprised Sealed

Good to see youre happy with the FOX Edddy, Ive been on them for 20 Months now and love my 120, 105 and 95. Greg, Chris, Geoff, Neil, Paul, Robbo and now Bryn who I sail with down her are all very happy with theirs. Ive just got 3 of Fox's new weedspeeds in 32, 36 and 40 and are very impressed with them so far plus there a great price.

Yeah thanks Peter. What are those Fins like in a very choppy sea as that’s usually all we get up here. We also get big tides so need to be able to go hard up wind as well 🤔👍
