All good, the days conditions were conspiring against. Frontal, gusty wind and large area of spit being exposed on a falling tide. Unusual for SE to be so gusty and strong. There are seaweed beds growing in places not seen before and i was surprised to get tripped up where i did. People coming to sail here need to be mindful of this as the tide drops. 

Before the summer sailing i will go there at low tide and watch the rising tide to pick out the new high spots. To steer clear of.
