Albany, WA, AU. FF89/SCR6.3/FF21SP, then CA52/SCR5.8/MUF19. Great days sail. Got to Albany at 9am. Sailed First with Boz, then Morts, then Steve. Wind had a bit of north in it so nauty's weren't really working. I stuffed around with my kit a bit trying to to get a better run, but it really was what it was...  wind strengthened after lunch, so I changed down. Some good bullets coming through, so focused on bearaways at the bottom of the nauty run, where there was a bit of smooth. Well worth the drive Smile

KA Speed 5.7 & Tabou Manta 59 + Tribal Delta 18 then Tabou Manta 54 + Tribal Delta 16

First Sail since February with a better end result!

Boz was already out & Stretch was rigging when I arrived. Wind was a bit up & down so went a bigger board smaller sail combo. Worked quite well together just have to get the sail rotating a bit better.

Basically just sailed up & down the NM run, could get from bottom to top in one leg due to wind angle. Changed to the Manta 54 fpr the final little blast & with a bit more wind and less water got my best speeds. Even snagged my top speed on the final run into the launch point Cool

Steve was heading out as I de-rigged. Happy to be back on the water Laughing

Long time since I was on the water, a fun sail with Rob. Jeremy was derigging when I arrived , it was chilly and I nearly did not bother. I am glad I did . I could not gybe , repeatedly crashed but had good fun. This was my first sail since March. I have a big bruise on my thigh and a bruise and a wound on my elbow. And it was good The instruction from Jeremy was to do a 37. Just managed it then the wind dropped and I struggled to get going.
