Short sail with Tim at Melville. Started out on the lighter side but kept building until it was getting too much for the 7.7. Some ok runs along the bank but just couldn't line up the gusts.

Much better then yesterday and a handfull at times. Felt like the tuning was better today. Seabreeze showing gust of 25-28knts so abit nuclear for the 7.8m. Still was fun trying to chase Scott and Kwan across the river. Pretty flat for awhile and a dropping tide made for some sketchy crossings over the sandbar.

120 FRace; 7.0 OD nice and comfy the wind was cold but the water felt warm. Ben was brave enough to hit the water with boardies.

Pelican Point, WA

Blasting up and down the river from peli to Melville and back. WindTech 72 and then 64 with 7.8 Loft RB. No boats around either so was a bonus. Quite a few out after it picked up mid arvo. Good to see a pretty solid SWester for a change. A taste of things to come!!

Sea breezes are back! Sneaked in a short sail before the sun went down. Enjoyed first sail on the KAR 7.1M. Just enough water over the sand bar, most of the time...

The Mandurah Mob left the gate open and I had Coodanup all to myself today, which may have been because some one had pulled the plug out...

My intention was to practice my gybes but my muscles declared they were still tired after Thursdays session, and I didn't achieve much except work on the fitness, I hope.

I am finding shallow water quite scary after my broken rib earlier in the year. The water was very tea coloured and hard to see the bottom.

10 - 18 knots, the 7 was a handful at times.
