| BSN101 (13401km): 5 categories   SB US147 Tribal Sl52 NP V8 7.7 YAY, another sesh with the boys but heaps better! It was plenty windy. Finished work and quickly got ready, waiting, waiting for a mate to collect trailer. Quick chat then i ditched him. Luckily hes a water boy so understood perfectly. Got to Chris' house and he and Drew already had boards at the beach and Drew was walking down the stairs to launch. Bugger, ill be playing catchup!!!Grrr Quick look at Chris' new sail then he left. Rigged quickly without distraction and on the water in less than 25min. Pretty happy with that. Rigging at the new house makes all the difference, cheers Chris! On the water and where are the lads. No mermaidens but the dolphins were in close, splashing at stuff?!?!? Anyhoo, off i go. Looking real nice, flat, lots of bullets and square NMs of water everywhere. Kit was great and dialed in again. New NP Race boom with the inter-outhaul is better than a gimick, im really liking it. V8 in the upper clew hole and med high boom getting everythink up and boogieing. Both Drew & Chris going well but Drews boat speed is lacking. Hope the harness line tweak gives him a bit more. I saw a lone windsurfer off Abbey so went off to investigate. He came to me and i went to him. Another Chris. Out on 5.5 sail and a huge grin! Way to go mate! In the harness & footstraps today. Will get him in the team no worries. We had a chat while drifting further & further but we both got back no probs. Back to a few laps before returning to the beach. The boys went early as i had a few more powered runs all by myself.
